Whether you prefer female only classes or a one-to-one class we can tailor to suit your requirements. Regardless of age, ability or confidence I have many years experience training females such as NHS staff, lone workers for Housing Associations etc. I am qualified to train staff such as nurses to handle difficult situations in control and restraint techniques. Whether you feel vulnerable in your line of work or even if you would like to learn some confidence building techniques please do not hesitate to contact me.
